Обръщението е към посланика на Франция у нас Негово Превъзходителство г-н Ксавие дьо Кабан.
Поводът – съвсем пресна публикация на Уикилийкс (WikiLeaks), от края на миналата седмица, разкриваща престъпни корупционни практики, за милиарди долари, на западни и китайски компании във връзка с добива на Уран и други минерали в някои страни на африканския континент.

Централно и най-важно място в публикацията е отредено на френският държавен ядрен концерн АРЕВА, същият, който с другият държавен ядрен френски гигант ЕДФ (Електрисите дьо Франс) вече второ десетилетия източват стотици милиони левове от АЕЦ „Козлодуй“ – разбирайте от всички нас.

Най-мощната ядрена компания в света, AREVA, изоставя своята експлоатация в Централноафриканската република, без да е стартирала някоя от обещаните инвестиции след огромен политически и финансов скандал, сред социална и екологична криза, с главоломно растящи нива на радиоактивност (до 30 пъти естествена радиоактивност в зоната) и буквално транспортиране на бивши служители върнати по домовете им като добитък. Следните документи показват постоянното презрение на компанията към институциите в Централноафриканската република и нейното население, както и нео колониалните условията за експлоатация на мините в Африка.

А сега да се върнем у нас? Преди повече от ДВЕ години за първи път ви показах, за ролята на същата АРЕВА в родната ядрена енергетика, в материала „Френска атомна бомба в двора на българския ядрен октопод„. До тогава те заявяваха, че вече са удължили живота на блокове 5 и 6, в АЕЦ „Козлодуй“ с 15-20 години, но около година и половина след това обърнаха палачинката. А това се случи след като посланик дьо Кабан посети АЕЦ „Козлодуй“ и заяви, че френски фирми имали интерес от участие в удължаване живота на същите два блока (5 и 6), чийто живот вече беше удължен от АРЕВА (вижте в „Кой лъже? Посланика на Франция или концерна АРЕВА?„).

На интернет сайта на АРЕВА все още стоеше декларацията, че удължаването отдавна е факт. Броени дни след посещението на посланика то беше … променено.
